Check-in Policy

1.Arrival and Paperwork

 We kindly request guests to arrive 10 minutes early FILL OUT PATIENT WAIVER ON LINE or in person to allow sufficient time for completing necessary paperwork. This will ensure a smooth check-in process and avoid delays.

• In the event of a late arrival, we may need to reschedule your appointment to a later time, subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a non-refundable $35 deposit. Please contact us at 502-709-9067 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

3. Preparation for Ultrasound

• To enhance the ultrasound experience and promote better visibility, we recommend having something sweet and cold to drink 30 minutes prior to your visit. This can help stimulate baby’s activity during the ultrasound. We suggest ice water and a snack for diabetic moms.

• We recommend wearing soft waisted pants as we will be scanning across your tummy for the ultrasound procedure.

• Please note that a full bladder is not necessary for your session. You can empty your bladder before the ultrasound.

4. Payment

• Insurance does not typically cover elective ultrasound scans. Therefore, we accept payment in cash or by card. Please note that checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
